  • Failed or unsuccessful recharge where the amount has been debited.
  • Payment confirmed but service not delivered.
  • Refund request must be raised within 7 days of transaction.
  • User must provide Transaction ID, date, amount, and issue details.
  • Request can be submitted via app support or official email.

Refund requests are verified within 3–5 working days. Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
